These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and za888 ("za888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the za888 website accessible at https://za888.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, esports markets, instant games, and any promotional or loyalty programme features offered through the Platform.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account. These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13 below.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the za888 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where separately tracked, bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by za888 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required by za888 before processing withdrawals or, at the Platform's discretion, at any other time.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary display currency used on the za888 platform.
• "Platform" means the za888 website, any associated progressive web application, and all services accessible through those channels.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law, as determined by the operator from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it and any winnings derived from it are eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary account closure facility available to Players who wish to restrict their access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

To register and maintain an active Account on za888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not resident in, and are not accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or close family member of za888 or any affiliated company.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from za888 or had an account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not experiencing, and have not been diagnosed with, a gambling disorder that would make participation inadvisable.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on za888. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed at the operator's discretion, with any bonus funds forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Current residential address; and
• Mobile phone number.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. za888 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

za888 reserves the right to close or restrict any Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent. In such cases, real-money deposits may be returned subject to KYC completion, but any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.

All Account balances on za888 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references only and do not constitute a representation that any such provider supports, endorses, or facilitates gambling transactions.

za888 will not charge internal fees on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside our control and are the Player's responsibility.

za888 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the promotion terms before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Game contribution rates to wagering requirements vary by game category. Unless stated otherwise, slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and table games contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely.
• Bonuses have defined validity periods, after which any uncompleted bonus and associated pending winnings will be removed from the Account.
• za888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, structured wagering to circumvent wagering requirements, multi-accounting, or abuse of the referral programme — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account closure.

za888 offers betting markets across a range of sports and events, including but not limited to Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, and esports. The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the Platform:

The integrity of the Platform and fairness for all Players are foundational to za888's operation. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain;
• Placing bets on both sides of a market simultaneously in a manner designed to guarantee a risk-free return through bonus exploitation;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to obscure the origin of funds;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or the use of stolen payment credentials;
• Opening multiple accounts, either directly or through proxies, to circumvent account limits or take advantage of welcome offers multiple times;
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or place of residence.

za888 employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account activity that appears inconsistent with legitimate play. Players found to be in breach of this section will have their accounts closed and any balance forfeited after deduction of real-money deposits, subject to applicable legal obligations.

za888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to use the tools available in the Account dashboard.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the net amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session termination after a defined period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications of session duration and current net balance;
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of your Account for a period you define, ranging from 24 hours to six weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary permanent or time-limited closure of your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and take effect within the timeframe published in the Responsible Gambling section. During self-exclusion, all promotional communications will cease.

za888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The account poses a money-laundering risk or has been flagged by fraud detection systems;
• Regulatory requirements or court orders mandate restriction or closure; or
• The Player has been identified as a minor.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, za888 may withhold some or all funds pending investigation. Where no breach is identified, real-money balances (excluding active bonus amounts) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method following completion of applicable KYC procedures.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed under the Responsible Gambling framework described in Section 9 above.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by za888 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that document.

In summary, za888 collects personal data that is necessary for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of our services. We do not sell personal data to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, za888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account access due to circumstances outside our reasonable control;
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers.

za888's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits za888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

za888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date. Real-money balances will be returned in accordance with Section 10 above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which za888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute-resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority.
